P.Eng Dashboard is an organizational and productivity tool designed to help engineers structure, track, and format their professional experience for the purposes of applying for Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensure.

This tool does not generate, fabricate, embellish, or verify any content. All project descriptions, work log entries, SAR (Situation-Action-Result) narratives, competency claims, and other user-provided information are authored entirely by the user.

P.Eng Dashboard does not guarantee that use of the tool will result in a successful P.Eng application. The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

P.Eng Dashboard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC), or any other professional engineering regulatory body.

References to EGBC competency categories, codes, and assessment frameworks are used for organizational purposes only and are based on publicly available information. The competency framework implemented in this tool may not reflect the most current EGBC requirements.

Users are solely responsible for verifying that their application materials meet all current EGBC requirements and guidelines.

By using P.Eng Dashboard, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all content you enter into the tool.
• You will not use AI features to fabricate, embellish, or misrepresent your engineering experience.
• You understand that AI-assisted features (interview, resume import, suggestions) are organizational aids, not content generators.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-assisted output for accuracy before including it in any application.
• Your attestation of truthfulness on any professional engineering application remains your personal responsibility.

AI-powered features in P.Eng Dashboard use Anthropic's Claude API. To use these features, you must provide your own Anthropic API key.

• Your API key is stored in your browser's secure storage and transmitted directly to Anthropic's API.
• P.Eng Dashboard does not store, log, or have access to your API key on our servers.
• AI usage costs are billed directly by Anthropic to your account.
• AI responses are generated by Anthropic's models and are subject to Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies.

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database secured with Row Level Security (RLS). Each user can only access their own data.

You may export your data at any time using the built-in export feature. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P.Eng Dashboard and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the tool.
